SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
How much is shipping?

International shipping: 179 NOK. Minimum order value must be 1000 NOK.

Standard shipping cost within Norway is 69 NOK. We offer free shipping for orders over 1000 NOK.

We also offer home delivery with Bring for 100 NOK.

What's the delivery time?

International delivery: 4-8 business days.

Norway: 2-5 business days.

Graphic Wear is produced on demand, and delivery time is estimated to 8-10 business days.

How do you ship my order?

We use different transport companies according to your order. We mainly use PostNord and DHL for international orders.

Do you ship international?

We do ship internationally.*
Minimum order value must be 1000 NOK or more. The shipping fee is 179 NOK. We use DHL for international shipping. 
*Frames not included.

What happens if I don't collect my package?

If you don't pick up your package within the time limit given by the postal office, it will be returned to us at a cost. We will therefore deduct 250 NOK from your original payment. This is to cover double shipping cost in addition to picking and handling.

Notice! You have 7 days to pick up your package from the time of arrival. You will be notified by e-mail (and SMS) from the postal service.

For national orders only:
If you want us to send your order back to you, we can do so at a cost of 100 NOK. You would then not have to pay the fee of 250 NOK mentioned above.

Contact us if you want us to resend your order.

How will I know if my order has arrived?

When you order has reched it's destination, you will be notified by e-mail (and SMS).

PAYMENT
Klarna

If you have any questions regarding your Klarna invoice, you can contact Klarna support here.

If you have chosen to pay with Klarna invoice it will be sent from Klarna to your e-mail. The invoice will be sent the same day we ship your order from our studio, or the next day. You have 30 days to finalize your payment.

If you have chosen Pay Later by Klarna, they will send you an invoice to your physical mailbox the next month. You can choose to pay the entire amount at once, or pay later following the instructions given.

Sometimes Klarna runs campaigns where you can pay in "the chosen month". Klarna will then send you the invoice to your mailbox. For example, if you choose Klarnas campagin "Pay in October", the invoice will be sent to you at the end of October.

How do I pay with a gift card?

If you have received a gift card from our store, there will be a code on your card that works as a coupon code. Just type in the code at checkout.

Any left over amount can be used later with the same code.

Note that gift cards expires 1 year from the date of issue.

Can I pay with credit/debit card?

Yes, we accept VISA and Mastercard.

Payment with Vipps

Customers in Norway can pay with VIPPS. Follow the instructions at checkout.

Can I use PayPal?

Yes! You can pay with PayPal!

RETURN AND EXCHANGES
How do I return an item?

When shopping at www.peopleoftomorrow.no you have a 14 day right of return. This means you have the right to cancel your order by notifying us within 14 days of you or your representative receiving the ordered item.

You are responsible for the return cost.

IMPORTANT! Returns and exchanges happen at your own risk. If any items are returned to us damaged, we reserve the right to only refund 50% of the original purchase amount. We also reserve the right to decline returns where the items are damaged.

PLEASE NOTE! Frames 100x140 cm have to be shipped as special shipment due to it's size. The cost of shipping is therefore higher than standard shipping. You are responsible for the return cost. We recommend taking measurements to be sure this size fits your needs, so you don't have to return it.

If you wish to return an item, please note:

  • Paper is a fragile material, and has to handled with caution. We reserve the right to decline returns when the item is damaged.
  • Make sure the package is securely packed.
  • Please keep any receipts and tracking numbers.
  • Sender is responsible for return cost.

If the item you want to return was purchased on sale or with a discount, we will calculate the amount to be refunded.

How do I exchange an item?

We do not handle exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for something else, it will be processed as a regular return. You can then proceed to order the new items as usual.

COMPLAINT
What do I do if I receive a damaged product?

If an item is defective, the consumer must, within a reasonable period of time after they discovered or should have discovered the defect, notify the seller that they intend to submit a formal complaint with respect thereto.

Document the damaged item by sending us photos with your claim.

If you cannot document that the damage happened during transport, or there is a faulty item from our end, we cannot accept your claim.

If you wish to send a complaint, please do so by notifying us at service@peopleoftomorrow.no with the following information:

– Order number
– Your full name
– The e-mail address you used at purchase
– Article name for the item in question
– Photos of the damaged item

We will help you ASAP!

What do I do if I have received the wrong item?

If we have managed to send you the wrong item, we will of course settle this ASAP!

Contact us at service@peopleoftomorrow.no and one of our people will assist you.

REFUND
When will I receive the refund?

People of Tomorrow aim to refund you as quickly as possible, within 14 days at the latest. Before we can complete the refund, we need to have the item returned and delivered to us.

How do I get the refund?

If you completed your purchase with credit/debit card, the amount will be refunded to the card you used.

If you have chosen invoice payment, we will move the due date ahead, so that the returned item will reach us in good time before your payment is due. When we have received the returned item, an updated invoice will be sent to you. If you have already payed the invoice, Klarna will contact you with information regarding you refund.

Did you shop during a campaign or used a coupon code? When the returned item is received, your order will be calculated.

VAT AND ART TAX
Which products are exempt from VAT?

All limited edition art prints in our gallery are sold behalf of the artist, and People of Tomorrow acts as the intermediary. This type of transaction is exempt VAT according to Norwegian laws. (merverdiavgiftsloven (mval.) § 3-7 (4))

Which products have VAT included in the price?

Open Edition posters, frames and Graphic Wear have VAT included in the price.

What is art tax?

Art tax applies to limited edition art priced over 2000 NOK.

The artworks are included 5% art tax according to Norwegian law.

People of Tomorrow are responsible for collecting, reporting and payment of the art tax.
